Cacao tour :
Cacao is one of the most important products we have. In this tour you will be able to see the complete process for getting chocolate, the farm, tree, and seed. It is an artisan process that we practice in the traditional style, in the end we improve our quality of life through selling organic cacao.
The tour includes:
- Seeing an organic cacao farm, different types of cacao trees, and tasting a seed directly from the tree.
- The artisan process of cacao. Here you will have the opportunity to participate in the work of extracting liquid cacao from a dry seed, and the rest of the chocolate bar making process.
- Enjoying finished chocolate bars with yanikeke, the tradicional Ngöbe bread made with flour and coconuts

Waterfall Tour
To enjoy the rich natural beauty that surrounds us, we offer an excursion full of adventure, nature, and the beauty of Mata Guineo Waterfall, one of the most impressive of the region. This includes a hike through the rainforest, and farms to arrive at the waterfall. Moreover, during the walk we pass through another indigenous community called Santa Marta.
Price: $15 per person (refreshments included)

A day at an Organic Farm
Would you like to live an experience unforgettable? We offer the possibility to share a day in an organic farm with an indigenous family. In this experience the family will show you what their day in farm is like, you will be able to participate in the process of pealing rice and see other organic products (including lunch with the family).
What is more, this visit includes a guided excursion through Zapatero forest where you can walk through the tall trees and listen to all the sounds of nature then exit the forest at the top of hill for a beautiful view. Finally, have a snack at a small waterfall.
Price: $30 per person

Cultural Afternoon
Our community would love to share with you our rich history and culture. For us, it is a pleasure to spend the afternoon showing you things that distinguish us like:
−Traditional Ngöbe dance presentation. The men and women of the community will present to you the distinct types of dance they practice, dressed in their traditional clothing. The will explain the history of the dance and what the symbols and colors represent on their clothing.
−Traditional food. After the dance presentation, you will be able to enjoy the traditional indigenous dishes, prepared with organic products from our farms in Silico Creek. In addition, our narrators will explain to you the history of our community with some readings and beliefs of the culture.
Price: $ 15 per person (minimum of 4 people, for individual presentations arrangements can be made)
